Ferrari has entrusted the project and the artistic direction to the visual designer Paolo Buroni in close collaboration with the director of the museum himself Antonio Ghini.
The new exhibition will adopt innovative artistic and technical solutions and will offer spectacular scenographic effects thanks to one of the largest immersive architectural video projections ever made inside a museum.
Paolo Buroni, following his creative path, intervened by applying new artistic concepts, unpublished for this type of museum. The visitor will thus experience an emotional adventure that will accompany him through the history of the man who created the Ferrari myth, also reliving the art, dramas and atmospheres of the time.
The immersive architectural multi-projection will completely envelop the audience with 3D effects. Starting from a large screen-wall of over 40 meters, it extends to the sides and the ceiling for a total of over 2,000 square meters of Multiprojections, thus involving all the magnificent structures designed by architect Jan Kaplický.
The exhibition of the cars that have marked the history of Ferrari has also been completely renewed, including one-offs such as the “Egg” by Marzotto, the “125” first Ferrari car, the “Bimotore” up to the very recent “Enzo”.
The technical set-up was created by Stark, the official technical partner, who supplied and installed the complex customized equipment expressly for this prestigious installation.
The numbers: 2,000 square meters of surfaces covered by immersive projections. 20 special STARK 26K video projectors, 50 “latest generation motorized LED projectors for lighting and effects.
