An exclusive 3D project in which, with technical support from Stark, creativity and technology merge so as to produce the best possible effects. More than ever and according to its own ‘DNA’, Stark brought together creativity and technology in this project.
The protagonist of the episode that aired on 5 October on Sky was the Stark Matrix Touch Table, an interactive table entirely designed and manufactured by Stark. On this sizable table, centerpiece to the show, there appeared images and contestant videoclips with sophisticated, refined, spectacular 3D effects.
At the beginning of the program, the Stark Matrix Touch Table seemed to be nothing more than a common table but, with one hand gesture from host Alessandro Cattelan, it magically came alive, showing off a futuristic graphic interface that paraded the 80-plus contestants divided into four categories.
But this spectacular effect was not the only, though all-important, objective: ‘while the videoclips of the singers played on and came spectacularly alive onscreen, a sophisticated behind-the-scenes software program kept track of votes and viewership. The program went on to create, by means of its ‘automatic directorship’ function and for the first time ever, the final videoclip.
The judges, therefore, were able to pick the chart of each contestant (complete with photograph and personal data) in order to drag it, rotate it, pass it on and, in the event of a unanimous vote, enlarge it so as to watch the video/s of the performances recorded during auditions.

Indeed, at the end of the program a videoclip was instantly available, made with a special algorhythm entirely created by Stark. The algorhythm took into account both votes and artistic needs for the final showdown.

Once the auditions for every category were over Cattelan, with a simple hand gesture over the table, showed the judges the results of the decisions, showing all 48 aspiring winners of the eleventh X Factor edition that we will soon be seeing competing with one another on our small screens.
